Maui Dolphin Foundation seeks to provide research data and other educational materials to assure the protection of dolphins, whales, turtles, the large variety of marine life and their natural habitats. Monitoring and photo identification of dolphins, whales and turtles via kayak tours within the Ahihi-Kinau Marine Reserve will further research of the bond between humans and marine life, and ensure their protection. Financial support for protecting and research will be provide by kayak tours.

Our Present and Future Projects:
* Video documentaries on proper approach and interaction techniques with dolphins, whales,
turtles and other marine life.
* Develop a dedicated team of marine biologists and scientists.
* Educational presentation to local schools, visitors and other nonprofit ecological organizations.
* Student internships and field study opportunities.
